"I 'cold called' Cool Car Air Con (no pun intended) after browsing for a new Aircon compressor for my Focus. Simon was very helpful, the parts were keenly priced and delivered very quickly. (He even cleared up some confusion over part numbers). I ordered some additional parts that I later discovered were not needed. Simon arranged collection and a refund for the unused parts straight away. (Check other sites, many will not refund.) Even if you are not in the Midlands, give these blokes a call. "I would just like to share with you my experience of using COOL CAR Air Con,It started with me seraching the this site for a good recomended air con engineer, and I found this Guy called Darren, he is an absolute GEM, I took my Pag to him for a re-gas, but he very quickly told me that, although I needed a regas and a gas change from old gas to new I also need a new pump, as mine was NFG, he made a few phone calls for me  located 1 in Telford, and it only cost me £85.00 and I could take it back if my aircon man didn't like it, well a week later I took it to Darren , and he gave it a good check before fitting it, and now I have FREEZING cold air, this man has been in the air con industry for 18 years, and live's breaths and even eats Aircon, but seriously if anyone is looking for an Aircon man then Darren is the man, nothing was too much trouble and he is a gent, for me I am giving him 5 stars."

"After being qoted over £800 for a new compressor by a vauxhall dealer i searched out Cool Car, i was a bit sceptical but when their price (£340) was £80 better than the best i could get anywhere else (a couple of hours on the phone) i bit the bullet and ordered. The part was with me within 48 hours and i used a local Nationwide Autocentre to fit it, they charged me under £100 so sourcing my own GENUINE part and using a local garage was less than half the cost of the part from Vauxhall!
