I was having an issue with the engine cooling fan spinning constantly on my Renault Megane iii. Calling many well known garages and several local ones I was told that they don’t deal with air conditioner problems.I then found cool car south Manchester and Simon. He was both friendly and professional and after a diagnostic he talked through the options and gave some very accurate and reasonable pricing estimates. He phoned later that day with the actual cost of the part and fitting and once given the go ahead he ordered the new part. He returned as soon as he had the new part and effected the repair right there on the drive on a Saturday morning! The air conditioning now works beautifully and the engine fan has returned to normal.Simon provides an excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service at a very reasonable price.
